Whatever salad you’re topping, this dressing is sure to satisfy and it can keep in the fridge for up to three days. We’ve added Boosh Organic Chicken Bone Broth – winner of the Great Taste award 2019 – to pack your salad with even more goodness.
Makes six servings
100 ml Boosh Organic Chicken Bone Broth – available from our website, Ocado, and Amazon
50 ml red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
50 ml olive oil
2 cloves of garlic – peeled and chopped finely
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp dried herbs
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste – we’ve used 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and use an immersion blender to combine and emulsify. If you don’t have a blender, cover the jar and shake until combined.
- Drizzle a few tablespoons over your salad and enjoy! Leftover dressing can be kept in the fridge for up to three days but is best served at room temperature so take out a few minutes before serving.
