Whatever salad you’re topping, this dressing is sure to satisfy and it can keep in the fridge for up to three days. We’ve added Boosh Organic Chicken Bone Broth to pack your salad with even more goodness.
Makes six servings
100 ml Boosh Organic Chicken Bone Broth – available from our website, Ocado, Amazon, Wholefoods and Planet Organic
50 ml red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
50 ml olive oil
2 cloves of garlic – peeled and chopped finely
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp dried herbs
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste – we’ve used 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and use an immersion blender to combine and emulsify. If you don’t have a blender, cover the jar and shake until combined.
- Drizzle a few tablespoons over your salad and enjoy! Leftover dressing can be kept in the fridge for up to three days but is best served at room temperature so take out a few minutes before serving.
